When the people inside a company understand, believe, and live what the brand stands for, it shows up everywhere. A brand that doesn't align internally will never hold externally.

 

That's the work we do.

Téntico wasn't planned. 

We were pulled into existence by the companies that needed it.

We had spent years advising established businesses on marketing and strategy through DuartePino when a pattern became impossible to ignore: the companies that struggled most weren't lacking strategy. They were carrying a brand built for a different version of themselves. We started solving that problem for our existing clients. They referred us to others. Eventually the demand made the decision for us.

We work directly with the people who own the decisions.

We bring together two disciplines that rarely sit in the same room: business consulting and brand strategy. That combination is deliberate. Brand decisions made without business context don't hold. And business strategy that ignores identity leaves real value on the table. After nearly two decades working alongside leadership teams at critical moments, we built Téntico to do this work directly, strategically, and without middlemen.
